Research helps pinpoint where the priority areas are within the organisation and what physical interventions should be considered beyond the digital platform. At Horizon Mind, we work with you to identify what parts of your organisation are key to performance, specific issues that are impeding performance, the impact of any issues identified & sustainable physical interventions that can help.
Having identified the range of physical interventions, it is then about deciding on what to implement. Horizon Mind actively works to ensure all interventions are tailored to your organisational needs and synchronous to Resilience, the digital platform. Having designed, built and implemented, we then work with you to monitor the impact of any intervention in order to measure success.
Evaluation helps to measure how well the digital and physical tools implemented have met the key performance targets agreed and to predict future outcomes. Horizon Mind works with you to agree the targets, collects the data to evaluate performance & carries out the necessary analysis to measure success.
