Our approach is based on working with the customer to decide on the mix of research, design, awareness, interventions, evaluations, support & follow up that is needed. The approach is expanded upon below;

1. Research

Client – Gather information about organisational issues that impede performance & stop leaders, teams & individuals thriving.

End Users – Interviews with employees to understand major issues impeding performance.

Horizon Mind – Interview key stakeholders as part of research and present findings against initial data presented.

2. Design

Client – Partnership approach in the design & build of intervention to help with performance & thriving leaders, teams & individuals.

End Users – Involve employees in the design & build phase, in order to build an engaging intervention.

Horizon Mind – Discuss potential interventions to deal with issues that impede performance & stop leaders, teams & individuals thriving.

3. Awareness

Client – Access to organisational portal to advertise intervention, creating awareness amongst leaders, teams & individuals.

End Users – Fill in questionnaire & do pre-work before any digital to physical intervention begins.

Horizon Mind – Digital system sends out information to leaders, teams & individuals before start of any digital to physical intervention.

4. Intervention

Client – Co-implementation with Horizon Mind, to build in-house capabilities

End Users – Co-implementation with Horizon Mind, to build in-house capabilities

Horizon Mind – Facilitate digital to physical intervention.

5. Evaluation

Client – Intervention review & fine tune next iteration working with Horizon Mind

End Users – Monitor progress using digital platform and use peer learning in relation to intervention

Horizon Mind – Use online chat facility to send messages & updates to engage leaders, teams & individuals.

6. Support

Client – Agree level of coaching support offered to different parts of organisation

End Users – Allocated time with coaches, an opportunity to discuss performance & personal response needs

Horizon Mind – Experts use messaging facility to answer questions following intervention

7. Follow-Up

Client – Feedback for organisation on how leaders, teams & individuals are performing post any intervention

End Users – Sample set of participants fill out post intervention questionnaire

Horizon Mind – Interview sample set of participants and generate report for customer based on all data gathered
